Another course that is fairly close to the city, George Wright is a fun public course that has a lot of history. The course has challenging shots due to the winding layout, blind greens, and custom designed elevation grades.

One of the best things about Boston is the history, and this course isn’t lacking any! It’s the second oldest municipal golf course in America, originally designed in 1896! The course winds near some museums and a zoo, which add a different challenge to the game! William J Devine has nice elevation changes and enough challenge to appeal to golfers of all levels!
